Training Summary – 9/8/2014-9/14/2014
This week was a pretty good week of training. After a couple weeks in a row of steadily increasing my mileage I dropped it down a bit this week in anticipation of a bigger ramp up next week! Here’s a look at this past week’s workouts.

Monday – 9 miles @ 7:29 pace + 15 mins core
Tuesday – AM: 30 mins yoga PM: 6 miles @ 7:04 pace
Wednesday – 8 miles @ 7:37 pace
Thursday – 8 mile hill workout (3 mile warm-up, 4x 90sec, 60sec, 30 sec hill, 1.5 mile cool-down) average pace – 7:26
Friday – 9 miles @ 7:32 pace
Saturday – 12.5 mile workout [4 mile warm-up, 6:00 hard, 2×4:30 hard, 4x 2:30 hard, 4x 1:00 hard all with jogging rests in between, 1.5 mile cool-down] average pace – 7:10
Sunday – rest day!
