Training Summary: 9/5/2016-9/11/2016
I’m so excited to be at this point with my running – writing a training summary of my week! Of course I still have a long way to go but it’s fun to see the progress.
I’ll keep this short and sweet so here’s what I did this week!
Training Summary
Monday – 4.16 miles @ 8:38 pace
Tuesday – off
Wednesday – 4 miles @ 7:48 pace
Thursday – off
Friday – 3.75 miles @ 8:01 pace
Saturday – technically this was an off day but at this point in my fitness it feels relevant to mention that I did quite a few sprints around the cross country course cheering on my runners 😉
Sunday – FIRST STROLLER RUN
2 miles @ 9:06 pace
