Training Summary: 9/29/2014-10/5/2014
Good news!! I made another batch of pumpkin granola and I didn’t burn it this time, so that recipe is officially coming at ya tomorrow!Yesterday’s long run was a little chilly and rainy but it was also pretty awesome because I got to run the last 6 miles on these beautiful trails with Henri!Couples that run together stay together, amiright?? (It’s also important to #keepittight by wearing ProCompression on every run… π ) We warmed up after our long run with a coffee date at Bittersweet Co., which is quickly becoming my favorite place to grab a cappuccino.
So that was this week’s long run but what did I do the rest of the week?? Here’s this week’s training summary! π
