Training Summary: 7/6/2015-7/12/2015
This week of training was pretty interesting… I was super busy with work (both my new jobs) and the final week of one of my grad school classes. There were a few days that I left the apartment before 6am and didn’t come home until after class (around 11pm-ish). That being said not many structured workouts got done, but I did what I could and ran the hilliest routes around, added strides at the end of almost every run, and upped my strength training. By the end of the week I was pretty ready for a rest day so even though I’m a little bummed that my mileage was so low I’m trying to remind myself that I put in all the work that I could have. 🙂
