It’s so nice to be home for a few days! This is the 3rd year in a row that we’ve spent this exact week all together, how cool is that?!
My training this week was pretty low in workouts and mileage but wicked HIGH in races and fun! I’ll be back with recaps from this weekend’s races later this week but for now I’m going to go enjoy the rest of Father’s Day with the fam bam!

Monday: 8.40 miles @ 7:31 pace (including 6x100m strides/5 push-ups)
Tuesday: 6.19 mile workout [2 mile warm-up, 8x 200m w/ 200m jogging rest @ 4:53-5:00 pace, 2 mile cool-down] 7:24 average pace + Post Run Power Exercises
Wednesday: 7.07 miles @ 7:45 pace + 15 minutes core work
Thursday: 4.41 miles on the trails with HENRI @ 7:29 pace (including 6x 100m strides)
Friday: 6 miles @ 7:39 pace
Saturday: 7.25 miles @ the Sharon Timlin 5K (2 mile warm-up, 5K in 18:15, 2 mile cool-down) 7:03 average pace
Sunday: 10.22 miles @ the BAA 10K (2 mile warm-up, 10K race @ 37:44ish, 2 mile cool-down) 7:01 average pace
Total Miles: 49.54 * Total Time Spent Running: 6 hours 5 minutes * Average Pace: 7:22
