Happy Sunday!
This week totally got away from me but I guess that’s what happens when you have an 8 page paper, a 12 page lit. review and a project all due at the same time…
My training this week went really well, I only ran 4 days because I had NO motivation to run on Tuesday and hopped on the bike instead but I did make it to the gym twice which was a major improvement over the past 2 weeks.
Here’s what the bump and I did this week. 🙂

Monday: 4 miles @ 7:45 pace
Tuesday: 45 minutes spin + 30 minutes weights
Wednesday: [AM] 4 miles @ 7:47 pace [PM] 90 minute walk
Thursday: 30 minutes weights
Friday: 4 miles @ 7:54 pace
Saturday: 7 miles @ 7:19 pace
Sunday: Rest Day
TOTALS: 19 miles run // 45 minutes biking // 60 minutes weights // 90 minutes walking
