Monday: 3.5 mile run @ 8:22 pace with the girls track team I coach
Tuesday: 3.5 mile hill workout [1 mile warm-up, 8x 200m STEEP hills, 1 mile cool-down] 8:12 average pace
Wednesday: [AM] 4 mile run @ 7:37 pace [PM] 90 minute walk
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: 5.09 mile tempo run [1.5 mile warm-up, 2 mile tempo (6:32 average), 1.5 mile cool-down] 7:21 average pace
Saturday: 7.24 mile long run @ 7:56 pace –> first run in 2 YEARS with one of my best running friends!!
Sunday: 1 hour hike with the pups
TOTALS: 23.33 miles run // 2.5 hours walking
