Training Summary: 2/1/2016-2/7/2016
Happy Super Bowl Sunday!!
I’ll be spending the morning studying for tomorrow’s test so I can relax and enjoy the festivities of the game later on!!

Training Summary: 2/1/2016-2/7/2016
Monday: Bootcamp Style Treadmill & Weights Workout
1/2 mile run alternated with 2 lower body & 2 upper body workouts x 6
totals: 3 miles run + 30 minutes weights
Tuesday: 4 mile run @ 7:45 pace + 10 minutes core
Wednesday: 60 minutes stationary bike workout [10 minute warm-up, 8x 3 mins hard/2 mins easy, 1o minute cool-down] + 20 minutes weights
Thursday: 3.5 mile workout [.5 mile warm-up, 5x 400m @ 81, 83, 77, 79, 73, .75 mile cool-down] 7:11 average pace
Friday: [AM] 4 mile run @ 7:56 pace [PM] 90 minute walk
Saturday: Rest Day – spent the day picking up our new couch and transporting it back to our apartment
Sunday: 5I was planning on doing a race but woke up with a bit of a cold (headache and stuffy nose) and since I was going to register in person I didn’t feel bad about skipping it. Opted for 60 mins indoor bike + 30 mins weights instead
TOTALS: 15 miles run // 2 hours biking // 1.5 hours walking // 1.5 hours strength training & core
