Happy Sunday! I hope you are enjoying the last day of your weekend! It’s gloomy and rainy here which I’m kind of loving for a relaxing Sunday. Just wanted to pop in and share my workouts from this week. 🙂

Training Summary: 1/25/2016-1/31/2016

Monday: 3 mile run @ 7:32 pace + 15 mins core 

Tuesday: 60 minutes stationary bike workout [10 minute warm-up, 8x 3 mins hard/2 mins easy, 1o minute cool-down] + 30 minutes weights 

Wednesday: 5 mile run @ 7:43 pace + 15 mins core

Thursday: [AM] 60 minutes stationary bike + 30 minutes weights [PM] 90 minute walk 

Friday: [AM] 3 mile workout w/ 20 minutes strength {6x .5 mile run // 4 strength/plyo exercises} [PM] 60 minute walk 

Saturday: 5.5 fast finish run [4 miles easy + 1.5 miles @ 6:47 pace] 7:23 average pace

Sunday: REST DAY

TOTALS: 16.5 miles run // 2 hours biking //  2.5 hours walking // 1 hour 50 minutes strength training & core
