Marathon Monday & Training Summary: 4/13/2015-4/19/2015
Today was so amazing! But to be honest Marathon Monday always is. I spent the day running/biking/driving around like a crazy person to cheer on all my favorites.
More on the weekend tomorrow but I wanted to share my training from this past week really quick! Running is finally back in my life after a bit of a hiatus and I couldn’t be happier!!! There’s also been PT exercises x2 every day to keep things feeling good! 🙂
Training Summary: 4/6/2015-4/12/2015
Monday– Rest day after traveling overnight from San Fran and going straight to work!
Tuesday: THIS 60 minute spin workout
Wednesday: AM: 3 easy miles (untimed) to test out things after seeing my physical therapist yesterday – A+!
PM: 45 minutes easy cycling
Thursday: 3.5 easy miles (untimed)
Friday: 5 miles @ 7:00 pace w/ my training buddy that PR’d by 4 minutes today!
Saturday: AM: 3 easy miles w/ one of my athletes that’s in town for the marathon [she PR’d by 17 MINUTES!!!!!!!]
Afternoon: 4 miles w/ my sister around the Boston Garden & Boston Common
Sunday: 4 miles @ the Oiselle shake out run. It was so great to meet up and run with such a fun group of ladies that also LOVE Oiselle. I also got to see my teammate from college, Sarah Attar which just about made my weekend!
TOTAL MILES: 22.5 miles
