Happy Easter & Training Summary – 3/30/2015-4/5/2015
Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and Easter!
Ours was pretty low key but we had a great time at church, brunch and hanging out with family for the whole day.
Our church service was amazing and the worship was especially wonderful. He is Risen indeed! 🙂
Brunch was so tasty – I went mostly for the breakfast foods but I couldn’t resist grabbing a chocolate covered strawberry as an appetizer. Those things go fast every year so you have to get ’em while they’re still available! After this plate I went back for some salmon, mashed potatoes, salad and another croissant.
It was pretty chilly so I’m glad I had planned to wear pants. Yes, that IS snow in the background – we even got a little flurry yesterday afternoon!
Another highlight from yesterday was decorating eggs. Last year we tried pasanky egg painting for the first time and it was a little tough to get the hang of but this year everyone did great. I attempted to make a beach scene on one egg and then just a fun design on the other – not too bad if I do say so myself. haha

What is your favorite form of cross training when you can’t run? I dislike cycling but swimming/aqua jogging is awesome!
At brunch do you usually lean towards breakfast or lunch foods?
