Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and Easter! Ours was pretty low key but we had a great time at church, brunch and hanging out with family for the whole day. Our church service was amazing and the worship was especially wonderful.

Monday – AM: dynamic warm-up, 5 miles easy @ 7:26 pace, 15 mins core work PM: 30 minutes yoga/stretching  Tuesday – AM: dynamic warm-up, 7 miles easy on the treadmill @ 7:28 pace, 2x Post-Run Power Exercises PM: 3.25 miles @ 6:58 pace including 6x 75m strides

This week was one of the best training weeks I’ve had recently. I hit 70 miles for the first time in awhile and got in 3 great key workouts. Even though two of my workouts were on the treadmill I was able to hit my goal
