Building Casa Floris: Master Bedroom Inspiration Board

We bought our current (and first) house last summer and if you remember from the before pictures that I shared here, it needed a LOT of work! Henri and his dad have been working hard on and off for over a year to totally renovate the entire inside of the house and here we are soooo close to being done with the major renovation projects. The only thing that still needs a total redo is our master bathroom – which should *fingers crossed* be checked off the list within the next month or so. Then it will just be little touch-ups here and there to finish everything.

With the majority of the renovation projects completed I get to move onto the fun part of decorating each space! My plan is to go slowly through the house room-by-room (gotta stick to that budget) and up first is our master bedroom. We are hoping to have a home birth this time around so I really, really want to make our room a relaxing oasis before then. In the past Henri and I have had trouble agreeing on master bedroom decor but when I showed him my Pinterest board he was actually on board with the rusty pink/navy/grey color scheme.
