Birthday Giveaway Week + Training Summary: 6/25/2018-7/1/2018
Happy Sunday friends and happy early birthday to me!
My birthday is next Saturday and to celebrate I’m hosting a FULL WEEK of giveaways over on my Instagram! All of the prizes are some of my all-time favorite running products/services and I’m so excited to share them with you guys! Training Summary: 6/25/2018-7/1/2018
Monday: 9 miles walking around Amsterdam
Tuesday: Rest/Travel Day home from Amsterdam
Wednesday: 4 stroller miles with Lavinia
Thursday: 5 miles solo
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 3 mile warm-up, Fit4Moms Run Club Class, 3 mile cool-down home [7.5 miles total]
Sunday: JasYoga’s Prenatal Strength Video under “Yoga for Pregnant Athletes” (~30 minutes)
