Tuesday – rest

Wednesday – 3.24 miles @ 7:52 pace

Thursday – 5 miles @ 7:47 pace

Friday – The Amazing Shake Out Run with the RW blogger group – mostly running but some walking/stopping/jogging included – 2.93 miles @ 11:36 pace

Saturday – 5K RACE * 3.19 miles @ 5:51 pace (18:38 official)

10K RACE * 6.33 miles @ 6:33 (41:27 official)

Sunday – HALF MARATHON RACE * 13.26 miles @ 6:34 pace (1:27:14 official)

Total Mileage: 33.95   Average Weekly Pace: 7:14   Total 2014 miles: 2,162.3/3,000

This week was all about recovering from Chicago and the RW races last weekend – nothing but easy runs and rest!10.20-10.26

Monday – rest day after all the fun at the Runner’s World Half Weekend!

Tuesday – 6 miles @ 7:37 pace

Wednesday – 4 miles @ 7:30 pace

Thursday – 6 miles @ 7:31 pace

Friday – 6.13 miles @ 7:21 pace

Saturday – 12.07 mile long run @ 7:21 pace
