10 Minute Cardio Blast Workout
I had a close call with my computer on Monday, I was working on this post and my computer just died. Out of the blue! I was bummed because I thought that the Christmas money Henri and I had earmarked for a new camera was going to have to go to a new computer instead. Luckily, after a quick trip to Best Buy and an appointment with their Geek Squad all I needed was a new charger!! A $50 fix > a $500 fix any day!
So here I am, a day late, with a 10 Minute Cardio Blast Workout. The first week of track practice this season SoCal got hit with a major rain storm and on one of those days I put together this workout for my kids to get their heart rates up a little more after their 15 minute jog around the school hallways.
I tried it the next day and man is it a good, quick workout. Perfect for a cold, winter day!
I tried to make a video of the workout and after taping the entire thing found out that my camera cannot take vertical videos so to avoid you all getting a crick in your neck from watching a sideways video here are pictures describing each move. 🙂
